Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and jstar99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of use of the jstar99.org website and all services, games and features available through it.

By accessing the jstar99 website, registering an account, making a deposit, using any gaming service or simply browsing the platform's content, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. This acceptance takes effect immediately and continues for as long as your account remains active.

jstar99 operates under international licensing. All operations are conducted within the applicable licensing framework, and this platform prioritises transparency in all dealings with its members.

Eligibility and Account Registration

jstar99 services are only open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 or above on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily in a personal capacity, not as a representative of any organisation.
• Never been designated as an individual banned from gambling activities by any authority or self-exclusion programme.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and any balances held within them being forfeited. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

jstar99 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents, including a copy of an identification card (MyKad), passport or other official document, to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

Account Management and Security

Members are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through their account. This includes all bets, deposits, withdrawals and profile changes made either by the member themselves or by any third party who gains access to their account.

Account passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. jstar99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

Any attempt to transfer, sell or purchase a jstar99 account is prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such activity will be terminated immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

jstar99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods supported by the platform, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Submitted withdrawals will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is received and approved by our finance team.

• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet that has been verified as belonging to the member concerned.
• jstar99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if additional review is required, but we will inform the member concerned within a reasonable timeframe.

Any attempt to carry out transaction fraud, suspicious fund transfers or money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in immediate account termination.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jstar99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The welcome bonus gives 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500, subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

The general terms applicable to all jstar99 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each member is eligible for each type of bonus once only unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be redeemed directly as cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• jstar99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud or breach of terms.
• Bonus offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed by jstar99 at any time without prior notice.

The jstar99 VIP Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering a different weekly cashback rate. Full details on the VIP programme and cashback can be found in the relevant section of the platform.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on jstar99, including slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and table games, are operated according to their respective rules as set by the game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Game results generated by the jstar99 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure or system error. Any claim relating to a game result must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the incident.

jstar99 reserves the right to void bets or wagers if any technical error, odds uncertainty or unusual circumstance arises that affects the integrity of a game or event. In such situations, the affected bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the member's account.

Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jstar99 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any other technological tools to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, system bugs or errors in odds for undue personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino games.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Spreading false information or content that is defamatory or damaging to jstar99's reputation on any platform.
• Using this platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or illegal financing.

Responsible Gambling

jstar99 takes its social responsibility to its members seriously. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment only, and not a source of financial or emotional stress.

The platform provides self-control tools that members can use at any time, including setting daily or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and wagering limits, as well as the option to take a temporary break or register for long-term self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion is an important mechanism that allows individuals who feel gambling has affected their lives to block access to the platform for a set period of time. A self-exclusion request can be submitted through our customer support team, which operates 24/7. Once approved, jstar99 will ensure the account cannot be accessed for the requested period.

Members are encouraged to always play within their own financial means. Never use money needed for daily expenses, loans or emergency savings for betting activities. If you or someone you know needs help with a gambling problem, please seek support from a relevant organisation in Malaysia.

Account Termination and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting jstar99 customer support. Before closure, any eligible cash balance (meaning funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

jstar99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or strong suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent activity or game manipulation.
• The member has violated any of the terms stated in this document.
• There are discrepancies in the identity information provided during registration or during the KYC process.
• The account receives a closure order from a relevant legal authority.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, jstar99 reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account while an investigation is carried out.

Amendments to Terms and Miscellaneous Provisions

jstar99 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of a conflict between the Malay and English versions of these Terms, the Malay version shall take precedence for members domiciled in Malaysia.

These Terms and all disputes arising from them are subject to the applicable laws under the licensing jurisdiction of jstar99. Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to an appropriate arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the rest of the Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
